We use a third party payment processor to process all payments made for the Services. Because we do not process your payments directly, we cannot guarantee the security of your Payment Information. However, we use encryption to transmit your Payment Information to our third party payment processor and do not keep or store any copies of your Payment Information. Responsive Information

From time to time, we may invite you to submit questions or comments about the Services, request information, or subscribe to a newsletter. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may ask that you complete and submit additional information online. We will use and share such information for the purposes for which it was requested and for our own internal purposes in our discretion.

Public Forums Guidelines

We may from time to time offer services such as voluntary chat rooms, public forums, online reviews as well as participation in surveys, questionnaires, contests, etc. (each a “Public Forum”) via the Services, which are not necessary for our provision of other Services to you. Security

LLS strives to maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the information that you provide to us via technical, physical, and administrative controls. We use encryption technology for the transmission of credit card and certain other private information from your web browser to our computer systems, and do not store complete credit card information on our computer systems. However, we recognize that we cannot control the actions and activities of third parties and that perfect security is a myth. Therefore, we will use reasonable measures, as required by law, to notify you in the event of an unauthorized release of your information.

We require that you to register for a username and password to access certain protected areas of the Services. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password(s) and other user credentials. We reserve the right to require you to sign in to your LLS Account after a certain period of time has elapsed to maintain your Account. You agree to abide by all LLS computer, network, account, and information security policies as communicated to you from time to time, whether such policies are provided via the Services, email, mail, telephone, or in person.

Special Information Regarding Persons Within the European Union

LLS takes our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the collection and use of Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR) seriously. LLS is currently evaluating our options for meeting the requirements of the GDPR and has decided to block certain access to and/or use of the Services by persons within the EU in the interim. Persons located within the EU may not be able to access part or all of the Services at various times. In the meantime, persons within the EU may call, email, or write us with any comments, questions, or suggestions.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time without notice. The Policy posted at any time or from time to time via the Website shall be deemed to be the Policy then in effect. Consequently, you should review the Policy periodically.
