Scope of Policy

Types of Information that We Collect

Browsing Information

We track and collect general information about your visits to the Website, including, without limitation, statistics on how, when, and how often information on the Website is accessed, referring domains and pages, Internet Protocol (IP) address, country of origin, and others (collectively, “Browsing Information”). We combine this Browsing Information with information that we gather via social media in an effort to limit our marketing via the Services and social media to content that is useful to you. We also use Browsing Information to administer and enhance the Services and our marketing efforts. We share Browsing information with service providers for the purpose of administering our own marketing efforts, but do not share Browsing Information with third party advertisers.

Contact Information

Before providing certain Services to you, we may request and store information that can be used to contact you, including, without limitation, your name, company name, street address, city, county, state, country, province, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and others (collectively, “Contact Information”). Provision of Contact Information is required prior to our fulfillment of any order placed via the Services. Payment Information

In addition to Contact Information, we collect and use financial information necessary for the processing of your payments for paid Services, including, without limitation, credit card numbers, financial account numbers, pins, access and/or verification codes, etc. (collectively, “Payment Information”). We use a third party payment processor to process all payments made for the Services. Because we do not process your payments directly, we cannot guarantee the security of your Payment Information. However, we use encryption to transmit your Payment Information to our third party payment processor and do not keep or store any copies of your Payment Information. Responsive Information

From time to time, we may invite you to submit questions or comments about the Services, request information, or subscribe to a newsletter. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may ask that you complete and submit additional information online. We will use and share such information for the purposes for which it was requested and for our own internal purposes in our discretion.

Public Forums Guidelines

We may from time to time offer services such as voluntary chat rooms, public forums, online reviews as well as participation in surveys, questionnaires, contests, etc. (each a “Public Forum”) via the Services, which are not necessary for our provision of other Services to you. Please note that any information you disclose in a Public Forum becomes public, unless we provide otherwise on the Website. We reserve the right to share any such information in our discretion, whether privately or publicly, for example, to announce contest winners or for marketing purposes, as provided on the Website. You may generally access and modify information that you provide to us by logging into to your Account using your username and password and viewing or altering your information via our online Account Services. However, for more extensive access or modification, we, in our sole discretion, may allow you to access or change information that you have provided to us via other means. We reserve the rights to take action to verify your identity prior to any access or change and to deny a request in the event that we unable to verify your identity to our satisfaction. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for such access and/or modification in the case of extensive, multiple, or frequent requests. Additionally, we reserve the right to log and/or retain a copy of any and all information that you provide other than Payment Information.

Security

LLS strives to maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the information that you provide to us via technical, physical, and administrative controls. We use encryption technology for the transmission of credit card and certain other private information from your web browser to our computer systems, and do not store complete credit card information on our computer systems. However, we recognize that we cannot control the actions and activities of third parties and that perfect security is a myth. Therefore, we will use reasonable measures, as required by law, to notify you in the event of an unauthorized release of your information.

We require that you to register for a username and password to access certain protected areas of the Services. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password(s) and other user credentials. We reserve the right to require you to sign in to your LLS Account after a certain period of time has elapsed to maintain your Account. You agree to abide by all LLS computer, network, account, and information security policies as communicated to you from time to time, whether such policies are provided via the Services, email, mail, telephone, or in person.

Special Information Regarding Persons Within the European Union

LLS takes our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the collection and use of Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR) seriously. LLS is currently evaluating our options for meeting the requirements of the GDPR and has decided to block certain access to and/or use of the Services by persons within the EU in the interim. Persons located within the EU may not be able to access part or all of the Services at various times. In the meantime, persons within the EU may call, email, or write us with any comments, questions, or suggestions.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time without notice. The Policy posted at any time or from time to time via the Website shall be deemed to be the Policy then in effect. Consequently, you should review the Policy periodically. By continuing to use the Services following the posting of any revisions, you expressly accept and agree to abide by the terms set forth in the current Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, LLS may from time to time elect, in its sole discretion to notify you, of any changes to the Policy that LLS deems to be substantial or material, for your convenience, and not based on any obligation of LLS.

BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES AFTER ANY REVISIONS BECOME EFFECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE REVISED POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE REVISED POLICY, YOU ARE NO LONGER AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ACCESS AND/OR USE.
